RETURNS AND DELIVERIES – We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the pictures and the size chart of our products on the website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products may be returned within 5 days of delivery in exchange for another product depending on availability. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT:
- The product was received in the last 5 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product isn’t used or damaged.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. For hygienic and safety reasons return for masks are not allowed. Please contact us before you send the product and explain the circumstances requiring the exchange.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING CHARGES – Delivery/Shipping charges, if any, incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from FASHION HOUSE, Phoenix.
DAMAGED ITEMS – If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
DELIVERY POLICY – All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Mauritius. Any shipments outside of Mauritius are not available at this time. At the time of purchase, you have the option to pick up your order at the listed locations for pickup or you may opt for delivery at the address that you fill in as your shipping address. Items will be delivered the next business day for all orders placed before 3pm, otherwise the day after. DELIVERY TIMES ARE TO BE USED AS A GUIDE ONLY AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL OF YOUR ORDER. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE SHOWN ON THE CHECKOUT SCREEN AS SOON AS YOU SELECT YOUR SHIPPING OPTION.
